1986 THE YEAR OF THE WEDDING

(Photo)  Babiarz-Ringwood Wedding

February will be devoted to cleaning up the apartment and hopefully selling the house or finding new tenants.  Please sell a prayer that things work out. I am ready to sell!

1986 was the year of the wedding and it looks as if 1987 will be the year of the baby.  Maybe I should take a hotel room in Rochester for July and August and commute. But first Mollie’s little sister will arrive in March of April according to Mike and Marilyn’s latest calculations,  Anyway it looks like another eventful good year. I know you have all seen Mary’s wedding picture by now but it is appropriate that it appear in the Ringwood Review.

Peter left yesterday.  He took his car because the insurance is paid for through February 14th and he comes home on break on the 13th.  Bob started classes today. So everything ins back to normal. So on to the 2nd semester for the college students.

CONGRATULATIONS

I hope it's not a secret but if it is, I am breaking the rule but I am so proud to know that Mike is going to be a partner in is law firm in March.  Isn’t that great? March may be a very big month for the Michael Ringwood s. Kelly and Patrick came for dinner last Friday. Kelly was off skiing and just loved it.  Parry, thank you for the pictures you sent. They are great. Tom and Marguerite looked great after their Florida trip. (I should say Marguerite.) Tom and I hadn’t had a chance to see each other.  Teresa and Bill started the new year by buying a new car. Jack and Ceecy have finally gotten rid of their colds. Jack is back to classes and tells me that he is doing a special project for an energy company in Philadelphia (Did I explain that properly Jack?) Paul had a check-up and all is well. Pete and Joe HOgan visited him last weekend.  They saw a St. John’s basketball game. Dave and Mary visited me for dinner last Sunday but I was going to an open house at Bratek’s new house which by the way is lovely. We’ll do it soon thought. Poor Pete - little by little I was way down in the dumps after Christmas, a bit let-down so by the time Pete was ready to leave yesterday , I let it all go and he was to one to have to watch and listen.  I am sorry Pete. I just can’t help loving having you all around. And furthermore, I didn’t worry one little bit about your trips back. I am determined not to be remembered as a “worrier.” Tonight Bob and I had supper together for the first time in ages. Jack called tonight too with good news that Uncle Ed Oberright is finally home for the hospital again. And now it is 11:30. The Johnny Carson Show is starting and I'd better get my body upstairs to bed.  Have a good week, month - year everybody. I love you all.

God Bless You,

Mom
